  • We definitely prefer our clients use Quickbooks Online because of our knowledge and expertise with the software, but we also use Xero for another type of accounting software.

  • Widhalm Bookkeeping was founded in 2022, but Laura has been in the accounting and bookkeeping industry for over 10 years. She has worked in many different capacities, leading to her wealth of experience in different areas of finance and business.

    • Legal business advice. We will, however, point you to someone who can help in the legal department.

    • Tax preparation. We will work with your tax preparer throughout the year to ensure a smooth tax filing.

    • Payroll. We work with your payroll company to ensure proper recording, etc., but will not perform weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly payroll.

    • On-site bookkeeping.

Our base rate typically begins at $375 per month, with adjustments based on the services required, transaction volume, number of bank accounts, and other factors. On average, our clients pay between $400 and $1,000 per month, though we have several clients in the $1,500 to $3,000 range.
